Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at tomhannockcandles@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on where to send your package - 2830 NY RT 7 Valley Falls, NY 12185. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Unless your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right. Please include pictures of the damage including damage to shipping packaging.

Exceptions We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at tomhannockcandles@gmail.com.
