Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders within 2–5 business days from our workshop in Valley Falls, NY. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at tomhannockcandles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll make it right.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
